Fight
Like A Girl
Uniting survivors, families, and fighters in every chapter of the journey.
Our Core Initiatives
Awareness, education, and support for every wave of the journey
Community
Engagement
We host walks, fundraisers, and awareness events that unite survivors, caregivers, and advocates. Every gathering builds strength in numbers and spreads the message that no one fights alone.
Education & Prevention
Knowledge is power. We provide resources and workshops focused on prevention, early detection, and healthy living habits — empowering people to take proactive steps in their own health and to support loved ones.
Support for Survivors & Families
A cancer diagnosis impacts more than one person — it affects entire families. We offer connections to support groups, emotional wellness programs, and community partners who can help ease the journey.
Youth Awareness
The next generation carries the torch of hope. Through youth-focused programs, we teach young people about wellness, the importance of screenings, and how to be allies for those impacted by cancer.

Turning the Tide Together
Pink Tides of Hope was founded by Suzanne St. John, a breast cancer survivor in Jacksonville who turned her personal fight into a mission to help others. What started as a spark has grown into a movement — connecting communities, raising awareness about all types of cancer, and inspiring resilience at every stage of the journey.
Our mission is clear: spread awareness, support families, and create a tide of hope that carries everyone forward.
